Carnosine suppresses human colorectal cancer cell proliferation
by inducing necroptosis and autophagy and reducing angiogenesis

Carnosinecan reduce human CRC cell viability and proliferation.Mechanistically, carnosine induced autophagy and necroptosisand reduced angiogenesis in HCT‑116 cells. In the context ofcancer prevention and therapy, understanding the molecular regulatorymechanisms and animal studies are required in the future.
